Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; PTA/OTA diploma.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.
• Proficient in computer systems including Microsoft Office; EMR/Case Management experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional front-desk experience by managing calls, greeting patients, and addressing inquiries.
• Coordinate accurate patient intake and maintain up-to-date records throughout treatment.
• Assist patients with completing documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently.
• Collect payments at time of service and submit insurance claims to third-party funders.
• Perform data entry and billing in clinic procedures.
