Care Coordinator Lead: Shape the future of Care In New Brunswick

What You’ll Do

  • Drive smart, efficient caregiver-client matching.
  • Ensure timely caregiver and client onboarding.
  • Maintain high client patterning with efficient caregiver allocation
  • Lead proactive long-term scheduling and manage caregiver availability.
  • Monitor fulfillment, address inactive accounts, and ensure timely approvals.
  • Oversee virtual assessments and scheduling follow-through.
  • Lead team meetings, training, mentorship, and foster a values-driven culture.
  • Identify regional needs for recruitment and resolve complex scheduling issues.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in scheduling, coordination, or operational leadership.
  • Strong people coaching skills and comfort leading remotely.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • A heart for service, a mind for systems, and a drive for impact.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
