Your role as Care Coordinator
Dialogue is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team on a 3-month, fixed-term contract to help improve the wellbeing of our members and to support the administrative needs of our healthcare team. In this role, you will focus on essential tasks such as managing appointments, processing prescriptions, and providing general administrative support.
