Job summary

Harmony Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support a young client in Edmonton, delivering 1:1 care at home and in school settings. You will help the child live safely, confidently and with dignity, with shifts mainly during the day.

Role includes community activities, promoting independence and collaborating with clinical and care teams. Training is provided for any listed skills, and DBS checks with onboarding are required.

Your care will enable them to live safely, confidently, and with dignity in their own home.

This is a meaningful 1:1 role where you can genuinely see the impact of the support you provide.

About the Client

Our client is a young child who lives with their family. Our client loves riding on their scooter, singing and loves playing with cars. They benefit from structured routines, reassurance and support both at home and in the community. A carer who is calm, patient and confident working independently will thrive in this role.

Clinical Requirements

You will support the client with the specific clinical tasks outlined in their care plan. These may include:

Full specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.

Compliance Requirements

All roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks, reference checks, Right to Work verification and full CQC/Schedule 3-compliant onboarding.

Referral Bonus
  • £150 for every Healthcare Assistant you refer
  • £250 for every Registered Nurse you refer
  • Paid once your referral completes 150 hours.
