Job summary

Senior Helpers of Surrey North is urgently hiring caregivers to support seniors in home care across the Surrey North area. If you have experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home health, we’d love for you to join our team and make a real difference in clients’ daily lives.

We value compassion and reliability. A valid BC Care Aide license or nursing license is preferred, along with a driver’s license and access to a car.

Qualifications

• Has a valid driver’s license and access to a car.
• Speaks Greek.
• Possesses an active BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry license, active nursing license, or equivalent.
• Demonstrates caring, compassion and willingness to learn.
• Healthcare/home care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned.
• Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and activities.
• Perform household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up.
