  • Support the coordination of demonstrations, trials and other activities that may lead to procurement, and ensure assigned actions are completed.
Proposal and Solicitation Management
  • Lead NVD’s responses to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and related procurement documents.
  • Develop compliance matrices, response plans, schedules and review gates, and coordinate technical, commercial, contractual and corporate inputs.
  • Ensure submissions are accurate, compliant, internally approved and delivered on time.
Teaming and Commercial Coordination
  • Support the development and execution of pursuit-specific teaming strategies with prime contractors, systems integrators, platform partners and other partners where required.
  • Work with engineering and product teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically achievable and clearly distinguish current capability from development or future commitments.

  • Experience interpreting government or defence solicitation documents and managing formal submissions against mandatory, rated and contractual requirements.
  • Strong understanding of opportunity qualification, capture planning, competitive positioning, compliance management and win strategy.
  • Ability to coordinate technical, commercial and executive contributors, establish clear accountabilities and drive execution without formal reporting authority.
  • Strong analytical judgment, including the ability to assess incomplete information, identify gaps and make sound recommendations.
  • Strong written communication, executive briefing, project-management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a rapidly scaling organization with limited corporate infrastructure.
  • Must hold or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Secret security clearance.
