Job summary

Anderson Air in Canada seeks a Captain (PIC) to lead safe, efficient flight operations for private and charter services. You will command 604 private flights and 704 charter flights, with a dedicated crew and maintenance team to ensure reliability and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 4000+ hours total time, 1000+ hours PIC, 500+ hours PIC Jet, Transport Canada ATPL, and experience with large aircraft and corporate aviation; willingness to travel outside Canada and work in Canada.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4000 hours total flight time.

The Role

As a Captain (PIC), you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our flights. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring compliance with all regulations. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in our continued success and reputation in the industry.

Duties will be primarily associated with operating 604 (Private, non-revenue) passenger flights, and operating 704 (Charter, revenue) non-scheduled Domestic and International passenger flights. The Captain will be assigned to a dedicated aircraft and work as part of a 3 pilot team, alongside a dedicated cabin attendant. Full flight support and dedicated maintenance are provided to ensure seamless operations.

Your Responsibilities

Flight Safety and Compliance:

• Assume responsibility for the safe conduct of each flight, ensuring the highest level of safety for passengers, crew, and the aircraft.
• Adhere to all aviation regulations, company policies, and procedures, including those outlined in the operations manual.

Flight Operations:

• Serve as the Pilot in Command (PIC) for both 604 (Private, non-revenue) and 704 (Charter, revenue) non-scheduled Domestic and International passenger flights.
• Communicate effectively with the crew, passengers, and air traffic control to ensure smooth operations and timely departures and arrivals.
• Crew are expected to go above and beyond whenever possible.

Leadership and Teamwork:

• Provide clear guidance, instructions, and support to the flight crew, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and dispatch, to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues or concerns.
