Job summary

QuadReal Property Group in Calgary is seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator to provide reliable project coordination and administration support to the Capital & Technical Services Department. The role involves day-to-day project support, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, design consultants, and contractors.

You will plan, prioritize and organize a diverse workload, using independent judgment to coordinate budgets, schedules and documentation across projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years as construction lead/manager or project coordinator.
• Experience on CAPEX real estate projects - commercial/industrial/multi-family.
• Post-secondary education in business admin or PM.
• Strong ability to read drawings and develop WBS.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-construction activities and procurement processes.
• Coordinate pre-qualification and vendor management.
• Assist with building permit applications and cost/schedule input.
• Prepare CEAR documentation with manager support.
• Monitor milestones and report to stakeholders.
