Job summary

Mini Mall Storage Properties in Calgary is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Capital Projects function by analyzing financial and operational data, improving reporting and processes, and providing insights to support project performance.

You will own capital project reporting, ensure accuracy, optimize workflows with Yardi and Facili IQ, collaborate with Finance and Operations, and help drive efficiency while supporting vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, operations, or related field preferred.
• Experience in real estate, construction, capital projects, or property operations preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with reporting, data analysis, and financial tracking.
• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar property management systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet strongly preferred).
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations, finance, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting and performance analysis for capital projects.
• Maintain accuracy of capital project reporting, including commitments and variances.
• Support optimization of Yardi and Facili IQ workflows for improved data quality and execution.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure timely processing of accounts payable issues.
• Provide visibility into capital spend and project performance metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with AP, PSMs, and vendors as required.
