Job summary

Mini Mall Storage is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Capital Projects group by analyzing financial and operational data, improving reporting, and delivering insights to drive project performance across North America.

The role focuses on managing capital project reporting, data quality improvements, and coordinating with Finance, Operations, and vendors to optimize workflows and ensure timely accounts payable processing. A strong analytical mindset and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, operations, or related field preferred.
• Experience in real estate, construction, capital projects, or property operations preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with reporting, data analysis, and financial tracking.
• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar property management systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet strongly preferred).
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations, finance, and vendors.

• Maintain accuracy of capital project reporting, including commitments and variances.
• Support optimization of Yardi and FaciliIQ workflows for improved data quality and execution.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure timely processing of accounts payable issues.
• Provide visibility into capital spend and project performance metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with AP, PSMs, and vendors as required.
