Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, infrastructure finance, business-case development, portfolio planning, or major capital programs, including leadership of cross-functional investment decisions.
• Advanced expertise in financial modelling, scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and investment evaluation methodologies.
• Experience developing decision-ready business cases for major strategic or capital initiatives.
• Experience leading finance professionals in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and financial evaluation of business cases for major strategic initiatives, establishing standards and methodologies.
• Develop complex financial models incorporating NPV, IRR, ROIC, cash flow, sensitivity, scenario and risk analyses.
• Translate complex analysis into decision-ready recommendations for executive and Board-level consideration.
• Lead quarterly financial forecasting and reporting for multi-year strategic initiatives.
• Support enterprise capital allocation and prioritization with a multidisciplinary team, applying consistent criteria for investments and sequencing decisions.
• Establish governance standards, templates, evaluation criteria, and hurdle rates for capital investments.
• Oversee enterprise project intake and triage, confirming strategic alignment and funding requirements.
• Establish benefits and cost baselines, monitor realization, and lead post-investment evaluations.
• Evaluate public-private partnerships and alternative delivery models; manage risk and financing approaches.
