Job summary

Language Trainers is seeking a native Cantonese speaker to provide one-on-one Cantonese lessons for beginners in Hamilton, Ontario. Sessions occur at the student’s home in Stoney Creek, with a typical schedule of once per week (Mondays or Tuesdays, 5:00–7:00 pm) for one hour per student.

• Be a native Cantonese speaker or hold a relevant teaching qualification
• Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
• Have a valid work permit/visa
• Live within 30 km of Hamilton, ON

Responsibilities

• Teach Cantonese to beginner students in one-on-one sessions at the student’s home in Stoney Creek, Hamilton.
