Job summary

Peak Processing seeks an Operations Supervisor - Warehouse & Logistics to lead Windsor and Simcoe facilities' warehouse, inventory, and distribution activities. You will drive accuracy, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities include overseeing receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping; maintaining inventory controls; implementing SOPs; and coordinating with production and QA to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of Health Canada regulations, GMP, GPP, and food/cannabis manufacturing standards is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse operations across Windsor and Simcoe facilities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and distribution activities.
• Establish and maintain inventory management practices ensuring accuracy, traceability, and optimal stock levels while minimizing discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain warehouse SOPs and inventory control systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Conduct routine inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations; investigate variances promptly.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics to ensure timely receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and finished goods.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, Commercial, and external logistics partners to fulfill orders on time.
• Supervise warehouse staff and provide leadership across production and sanitation as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for layout optimization, workflow, and cost reduction.
• Monitor KPIs like inventory accuracy and OTIF, implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure GMP, Health Canada regulations and safety practices are followed; promote a strong safety culture.
