Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations and team supervision.
• College diploma or equivalent in logistics, warehousing, operations, or supply chain.
• Experience with inventory management systems and shipping platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities: shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control.
• Lead and coach front-line staff; manage scheduling and performance.
• Coordinate carrier pickups and deliveries; assist with freight planning.
• Monitor safety, housekeeping, and facility conditions; report hazards.
• Support continuous improvement and implement standard work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional and national operations.
