Job summary

Cannabis Co-Pack (CCP) is a premier contract packager of cannabis products in Canada, offering packaging, processing, and logistics services to leading brands. The Packaging Team Lead will steer daily packaging operations, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with the production team to meet targets.

You will guide training, monitor performance, and maintain documentation in accordance with SOPs and GDP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the packaging team with daily direction and training.
• Review OJT records before tasks; provide instruction and complete OJT docs.
• Review Production Schedule before starting a production run to ensure requirements are clear.
• Monitor production performance and communicate issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Ensure SOPs, GDP and Health Canada regulations are followed; promote safety and quality.
• Perform and coordinate packaging activities and keep packaging areas clean and compliant.
