Job summary

Soletanche Bachy Canada Inc. is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support payroll for unionized and non-unionized employees across Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Ontario. You will process payroll, handle T4s and ROEs, and ensure accuracy through audits and reporting.

The role requires experience with payroll systems (Payworks preferred), strong Excel skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and compliance. Collaborative work with sites and teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in payroll/finance and multi-provincial payroll experience is preferred.
• Experience with T4s, ROEs, and statutory remittances is desirable.
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems with strong data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll processing for unionized and non-unionized hourly/salary employees across multiple provinces, ensuring compliance.
• Handle end-to-end payroll tasks including T4s and ROEs; conduct audits and data accuracy checks.
