Job summary

Diageo Canada is seeking a Supply Director to lead Canadian supply operations, driving change to meet evolving customer and consumer needs. You will oversee 40+ team members across Ontario, with responsibility for warehousing, delivery, and performance against plans, while building trusted partnerships with regulators and trade bodies.

The role requires a proven track record in supply chain strategy, change leadership, and senior-level credibility within a matrix organization.

Qualifications

MBA or business degree required.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in operations and supply chain management.
Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain strategy development and execution.
Proven ability to influence and network within a matrixed organization.
Strong leadership credibility and ability to lead senior teams.

Responsibilities

Provide Supply Chain Leadership for the Canadian business and your team, as part of the Canadian Leadership Team.
Lead cross-functional strategic programs to improve the total supply chain.
Develop and implement optimized Canadian supply chain strategies in collaboration with wider North America Supply.
Manage Ontario warehousing and delivery operations for KEGs and related activities.
