Mountain Warehouse in Oshawa is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide and inspire the retail team, driving targets while ensuring a vibrant, customer-first store environment.

You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and lead visual merchandising efforts to maintain a welcoming space that reflects our brand. Strong communication and a passion for customer service are essential.

• Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.

Sales & Performance

• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
