Now Hiring : Accounting Specialist – AR, Reporting & Analysis | Markham, ON

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team in Markham. If you are detail-driven, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to play a key role in financial accuracy and reporting, we would like to meet you.

What You Will Do

Process daily invoicing, upload invoices to customer portals, and support collections and AR reporting

Set up and maintain customer accounts with accurate financial data

Track and manage customer commissions and vendor rebate files

Support month-end accruals and reconcile assigned GL accounts

Assist the controller with financial analysis, including budget versus actuals and variance reports

Contribute across the finance team as needed to meet deadlines and support continuous improvement

What You Bring

1–4 years of accounting experience in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment

Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

Strong skills in Excel and experience with tools such as SAP, Sage, or Oracle

Well-organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities

Able to handle confidential financial data with a high degree of accuracy
