Position Summary

What You'll Do

1. Keeps the area neat, clean, and organized, free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids.
2. Educates customers on the correct and efficient use of self-service options, when applicable.
3. Promotes company sponsor programs, such as credit card service, product protection, and charity initiatives, when applicable.
4. Observes the activities of customers to determine when and if assistance is needed.
5. When interventions and quality checks are required, explains the reasons politely and reassures customers that such checks are normal protocol.
6. Responds to EAS alarms and fills out the "Failure to Deactivate" Log.
7. Calls the Customer Service Manager when the area is low on cash or has a technical issue.
8. Returns Scan & Go scanners after use.

Age - 16 or older
