Aon is seeking a Processing Coordinator, Personal Lines, to support brokers and manage policy transactions across Canada. The role emphasizes entering client data into broker systems, producing documents, and maintaining accuracy to deliver exceptional client service.

The position requires 1–2 years of data processing experience, knowledge of insurer portals, and a background in Personal Lines or Property/Casualty underwriting.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years or more data processing experience.
  • Knowledge of insurer portals is an asset.
  • Experience in Personal Lines or Commercial Property/Casualty underwriting is an asset.
  • CIP designation or working towards designation or broker license is an asset.
  • Bilingual English/French is an asset.
  • General knowledge of all areas of general insurance coverage.
  • Knowledge of Aon portfolio of available client services and products.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, decision making and negotiating skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Entering client data into broker management system and web-based applications.
  • Producing documents, endorsements, invoices and letters.
  • Supporting data management and Excel-based projects; collaborating with team members.
  • Responding to processing questions and completing tasks accurately and on time.
  • Reviewing data for accuracy and maintaining quality controls.
  • Entering new business applications, policy changes, and cancellations into insurer portals.
  • Following up with brokers for additional information as required.

Join Aon as a Processing Coordinator, Personal Lines, where you'll play a critical role in supporting brokers, managing policy transactions, and helping deliver outstanding service to clients across Canada!

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This role is not eligible for sponsorship, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa or work permit.

The salary range for this position is CAD $41,900 - CAD $48,000. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

What The Day Will Look Like

The Processing Coordinator Involves a variety of daily tasks which include entering client data into our broker management system and web-based applications and producing documents for our Consumer Products Group (CPG) customers and supporting account executives nationally.

  • Developing knowledge of system workflows and processes, products and services, staying informed of program changes
  • Entering data with attention to detail. Maintain quality controls and check work for accuracy
  • Responding to requests and activities
  • Producing documents, endorsements, invoices, and letters
  • Support on data management, projects, working with excel spreadsheets, and collaborating tasks with team members
  • Responding quickly and accurately to processing questions
  • Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
  • Review and correct accounting discrepancies
  • Entering new business applications and policy change requests, and cancellations into the insurer portals
  • Follow up with broker for any additional information underwriter requires
  • Perform various other duties as directed by Department Manager
