• Deliver an Excellent Customer Experience by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, promoting products, helping customers locate merchandise, supporting purchase decisions, and resolving concerns or referring them to management when appropriate.
• Sales Floor Presentation and Merchandising: stock, rotate merchandise, signage and pricing to maintain store standards.
• Stocking, Modular, and Inventory Execution: receive stock, downstock, modulars, and set up new shelf caps.
• Claims, Returns, and Asset Protection Support: handle claims/returns, secure merchandise, support loss prevention.
• Customer Service and Team Support: refer requests to the Customer Service Manager and support store operations.
• Cosmetics Expertise and Customer Awareness: provide guidance within the cosmetics department.
• Flexibility: work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What you'll do

• Deliver an Excellent Customer Experience Greets customers in a polite and friendly manner, assists with product selection, promotes products and services, helps customers locate merchandise, supports purchase decisions, and resolves concerns or refers them to management when appropriate.


• Sales Floor Presentation and Merchandising Maintains strong sales floor standards by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or expired items, setting up and maintaining displays, and ensuring accurate signing and pricing.


• Stocking, Modular, and Inventory Execution Receives and stocks merchandise, completes picks and downstocking as required, applies product protection when necessary, and sets and completes modulars, including flex modulars and new shelf caps.


• Claims, Returns, and Asset Protection Support Ensures proper handling of claims and returns, secures merchandise, identifies high-shrink items, and supports loss prevention efforts in accordance with Company policies and procedures.


• Customer Service and Team Support Refers appropriate service and transactional requests to the Customer Service Manager as needed and supports Front End and store operations when required.


• Cosmetics Expertise and Customer Awareness Provides customers with awareness that a dedicated Cosmetics Associate is available to offer guidance, product knowledge, and support within the department.


• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule) Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

Effectively manages work hours and plans ahead to maintain energy and focus throughout the shift. Handles a fast-paced workload with efficiency, ensuring large volumes of restocking and recovery are completed accurately and on time.


• Physical Demands Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
