Job summary

Walmart Canada in Brampton is seeking a Cleaning Associate to participate in a structured maintenance cleaning program across Fresh Departments, including coolers and display fixtures. You will follow Food Safety standards, assist in inspecting cleaning equipment, and promote a safe in-store environment by completing required certifications and adhering to company policies.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work with associates on a cleaning regiment, and a starting wage of CAD

Responsibilities

• Communicates with the Stocking 3 Coach and cooperates with the associates on a comprehensive cleaning regiment.
• Complies with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
• Executes timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments include coolers, freezers and display fixtures.
• Assist in the inspection all maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and ensures sufficient supplies are available.
• Promotes a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and work in accordance with all Company policies and procedures.
• When required, clean floors following a system of; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets, including all non-sales floor areas.
