What you'll do...

1. Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature zones with care and quality in mind to ensure "On Time" delivery to customers.
2. Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar products, ensuring the correct quantity, and using the correct product codes.
3. Ensure that all products picked are of the highest quality, with no damages and the freshest selection.
4. Document and label all orders correctly by interpreting and understanding documentation such as pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
5. Optimize tote fill by packing orders efficiently while maintaining product quality standards.
6. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interactions and support, including resolving issues.
7. Adhere strictly to safety and food hygiene standards, maintain a clean work area, promptly clean spills and debris, and ensure totes are clean before packing. Operate material handling equipment safely, completing safety pre-inspection checks before use. Exhibit behaviors supporting the organization’s mission and core values.
8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting operational, productivity, safety, and quality improvements. Demonstrate flexibility in work assignments based on customer requests and daily delivery schedules.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $17.55, with pay determined based on relevant experience.
