Position Summary

What you'll do

1. Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature zones, ensuring on-time delivery to customers.
2. Pack orders carefully, paying attention to detail such as distinguishing between similar products, correct quantities, and accurate product codes.
3. Ensure all products are of high quality, free from damage, and properly selected for freshness.
4. Document and label all orders accurately, interpreting pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
5. Optimize tote filling by packing orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
6. Balance fulfillment tasks with customer service, supporting issues to resolution.
7. Maintain strict safety and hygiene standards, including cleaning work areas, managing spills, and ensuring totes are debris-free. Operate material handling equipment safely, completing pre-use safety checks, and exhibiting behaviors aligned with the organization’s values.
8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting operational, safety, or quality enhancements. Be flexible to adapt work assignments based on customer needs and delivery schedules.
