What You'll Do

1. Efficiently picks and assembles orders from various temperature zones with care and quality to ensure on-time delivery.
2. Packs orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar products, verifying quantities, and correct product codes.
3. Ensures picked products are of the highest quality, free from damage, and fresh.
4. Documents and labels all orders correctly, interpreting pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
5. Optimizes tote filling by packing orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
6. Balances fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, supporting issue resolution.
7. Maintains safety and hygiene standards, including cleaning work areas, spills, and debris, and operating material handling equipment safely.
8. Participates in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting operational and safety improvements, and demonstrates flexibility in work assignments.

Minimum Qualifications

Age – 16 or older.
