• Pack orders meticulously, distinguishing between similar products, verifying quantities, and correct product codes.
• Ensure products are of high quality, undamaged, and fresh.
• Document and label orders accurately, interpreting documentation like pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
• Optimize tote fill by packing efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Balance fulfillment duties with customer interaction and support issues to resolution.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards, keep work areas clean, operate equipment responsibly, and perform safety checks.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and adapt to work assignments based on customer needs and delivery schedules.
