Job summary

Walmart Canada is hiring for a maintenance cleaning role in Red Deer. The position supports a structured cleaning program to maintain a clean and safe shopping and working environment at the store.

The role involves coordinating with the Stocking 3 Coach, adhering to food safety standards, cleaning all Fresh Departments, and inspecting equipment while ensuring supplies are stocked. It also includes floor cleaning and adherence to company policies.

• Complies with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
• Executes timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments include coolers, freezers and display fixtures.
• Assist in the inspection all maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and ensures sufficient supplies are available.
• Promotes a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and work in accordance with all Company policies and procedures
• When required, clean floors following a system of; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets, including all non-sales floor areas.
