Job summary

Walmart Canada in Calgary is seeking a Maintenance Cleaning Associate to participate in a structured cleaning program and help control costs while keeping our store clean and safe. You will communicate with the Stocking 3 Coach, assist in cleaning Fresh Departments including coolers and display fixtures, and ensure equipment is in good condition.

• Complies with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
• Executes timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments include coolers, freezers and display fixtures.
• Assist in the inspection all maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and ensures sufficient supplies are available.
• Promotes a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and work in accordance with all Company policies and procedures
• When required, clean floors following a system of; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets, including all non-sales floor areas.
