1. Properly follows Refund Automation procedures according to Company guidelines.
2. Properly completes all defective slips.
3. Assists customers with information, refunds, exchanges and directions.
4. Maintains sales tax exempt records.
5. Ensuring all damaged merchandise is sent to Claims for processing.
6. Ensures returned merchandise is verified against refund slips prior to being returned to the sales floor.
7. Ensures all items are scanned correctly before being returned to the sales floor.
