What you'll do...

1. Assist in providing direction and coordination of the Overnight Stocking team according to priorities communicated by the Overnight Assistant Manager and the Daytime Management Team.
2. Assess the overall presentation of merchandise and store appearance, noting deficiencies for corrective action, and execute merchandising display changes as required.
3. Ensure defective merchandise is taken to the claims room.
4. Take responsibility for store safety and security in the absence of the Overnight Assistant Manager, including managing accidents during the overnight shift.
5. Inspect assigned areas within the store to ensure adequate security and compliance with physical facilities standards.
6. Participate in the training and development of Overnight Associates to achieve production results.
