Position Summary: To process transactions and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and foster customer loyalty.

What You'll Do:

1. Greet all customers politely and friendly.
2. Process purchase transactions efficiently, including deactivation of merchandise respecting the EAS Program.
3. Promote company sponsor programs such as credit cards, product protection, and charity initiatives.
4. Assist customers with bagging and loading merchandise.
5. Follow safe work practices, including proper lifting and maintaining a clean work area.
6. Maintain register security through diligent cash handling and adherence to policies.
7. Refer complex service and transactional issues to a Customer Service Manager as needed.
