• Follow standards for cold chain, thermometer calibration, temperature recording, and product rotation.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures.
• Handle ordering, clearances, markups/markdowns, labeling, and pricing.
• Prepare bakery items by following thawing and baking guidelines for quality and appearance.
• Keep displays secure and safe.

Prepares bakery merchandise by accurately following thawing and baking guidelines to ensure the quality and visual appearance of Bakery Department merchandise, such as bread, cakes, pies, cookies, and rolls.8.
