Railserve is hiring dependable, safety-focused Operator/Helpers in Camrose, AB to support daily rail and transloading operations at an industrial facility. This is a full-time, outdoor, hands-on role critical to keeping railcars moving safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to pass a physical, drug screen and background check.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand and ground throw switches, derails and gates.
• Control movement of equipment using radio, signals and lanterns.
• Couple/uncouple railcars; handle air hoses and wheel chocks.
• Apply and release hand brakes to secure or move equipment.
• Assist with transloading activities, including liquids from tank cars.
• Follow safety rules and regulatory requirements; wear PPE.
