Railserve, part of Marmon Holdings, operates locomotives and handles rail-car switching. This full-time role may include nights, weekends, and holidays and includes paid training with a rich benefits package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive starting signal from crew leader and operate locomotive using throttle and airbrakes.
• Interpret train orders, signals, and regulations to ensure safe and timely movement of freight.
• Prepare reports documenting accidents, unscheduled stops, and delays.
• Lubricate locomotive moving parts and perform routine equipment checks.
• Monitor track conditions and report any obstructions or hazards.
• Assist with training new team members.
• Comply with all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
