Job summary

Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group (CC&L) is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Campus Programs to lead campus recruitment for internships and early-career roles within our Quantitative Equity teams.

You will build partnerships with universities, faculty, student groups, and business leaders to attract top campus talent, design engaging events, and develop robust pipelines while leveraging data to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of talent acquisition experience with campus recruitment exposure.
• Strong ability to engage partners across business, university and students.
• Proven track record of building talent pipelines and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with universities, faculty, student orgs and campus partners.
• Plan and participate in campus events and information sessions.
• Partner with leaders to connect with students through partnerships and events.
• Manage end-to-end campus recruitment for internships from sourcing to offers.
• Develop proactive pipelines for internship and entry-level hiring.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing methods to identify candidates.
• Maintain job postings across university portals and boards.
• Track recruitment metrics and translate data into insights.
• Stay current on campus recruiting trends and best practices.
• Establish sourcing strategies across various channels.
• Foster strong relationships across the organization and with TA team.
