CC&L Financial Group in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Campus Programs to lead campus recruitment for our Quantitative Equity teams. This hybrid role supports internship hiring and builds strong relationships with universities and student groups.

You will collaborate with business leaders, university partners, and students to strengthen our campus presence, build pipelines, and deliver an engaging candidate experience. Expect 3 days/week in the Vancouver office.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of talent acquisition experience with campus programs
• Proven ability to build relationships with business leaders, university partners, and students
• Creative and proactive approach to campus attraction and engagement
• Strong planning, organization, and project management skills
• Commitment to delivering an engaging candidate experience throughout recruitment
• Experience with sourcing strategies and recruitment technologies including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with university career centers, faculty, student organizations, and campus partners
• Plan and participate in campus events and information sessions at key universities
• Partner with leaders to connect with students through campus partnerships and events
• Support full-cycle campus recruitment for internship opportunities from sourcing to offers
• Build proactive talent pipelines for internship and entry-level roles
• Leverage sourcing tools to identify high-potential candidates
• Maintain job postings across university portals and external boards
• Track campus recruitment metrics and translate data into insights
• Stay informed on campus recruiting trends and best practices
• Establish sourcing strategies across multiple channels
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships across the organization
• Maintain TA performance with data and process optimization
• Promote growth mindset and continuous development
