Qualifications

• 6+ years of talent acquisition experience with campus recruitment exposure.
• Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders including university partners and business leaders.
• Proactive and creative in talent attraction for students and early-career professionals.
• Experience with data and recruiting metrics to inform decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with university career centers and campus partners.
• Plan and participate in campus events and information sessions.
• Partner with leaders to connect with students via partnerships and events.
• Support full-cycle campus recruitment for internships.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines for internships and entry-level hires.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to engage candidates.
• Manage job postings on university portals and job boards.
• Track campus recruitment metrics and translate into actionable insights.
• Stay informed on campus recruiting trends and best practices.
