Job summary

Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada is seeking a Campus Program Manager for the Women’s Recovery Program in Brandon. This role leads the In Residence Programs with a Christ-centered, safe and structured environment.

The Campus Manager directs staff, ensures program delivery, maintains compliance, and oversees operations, budgeting, fundraising, admissions, and spiritual mentorship. A relevant degree and vulnerability clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in addiction recovery, ministry, social services, or residential care considered an asset.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required (Ministry, Business, Addiction Services).
• Masters degree considered an asset.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a clear Vulnerable Sector Clearance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Understanding of addiction recovery, trauma, and behavioural support.
• Ability to lead teams and maintain healthy structure in a residential environment.
• Willing and able to take and complete assigned training and development.
• Agreement with organizational mission, values, and faith-based approach.
• Travel as required to other locations or within the community as required for work purposes.
• On call for emergencies as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus operations and staff oversight.
• Ensure program integrity, safety, and compliance.
• Oversee admissions, discharge planning, and coordination with leadership.
• Manage budget, resources, and facility maintenance.
• Support fundraising and community partnerships.
• Model Christ-centered leadership and spiritual mentorship.
• Foster a discipleship environment and chapel services as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and crisis situations when required.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for the campus.
