Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking an Early Talent Specialist in Canada to own campus recruitment, build partnerships with hiring teams, and develop pipelines for future talent.

You will manage end-to-end processes from intake to offers, coordinate campus events, and drive candidate engagement with a focus on an inclusive, candidate-centric experience. You will partner with campus ambassadors and business stakeholders to deliver consistent recruitment programs, information sessions and career fairs,

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, moving from intake to offer acceptance.
• Experience supporting early career, campus or high-volume recruitment programs, including career fairs or information sessions.
• Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken, with stakeholders across Canada.
• Strong recruitment judgement translating business needs into criteria and candidate recommendations.
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders, candidates and internal partners to keep recruitment moving.
• Strong organizational and event coordination skills managing requisitions, schedules and events.
• Experience maintaining recruitment documentation and candidate records in an ATS.
• Candidate-first approach building engagement with emerging talent and professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned early talent positions from intake to handoff.
• Define role requirements with hiring stakeholders and establish assessment criteria and timelines.
• Assess and engage applicants using consistent criteria, maintaining momentum.
• Coordinate campus programs, career fairs, events, campaigns and sessions.
• Build talent pipelines aligned with regional hiring priorities.
• Convert engagement into applications, interviews and hires through timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with ambassadors and partners to ensure a consistent candidate experience.
• Use insights to strengthen communications, assessments and future programming.
