Northern Lights College is seeking a Campus Clerk for evening coverage in Chetwynd, BC. The role serves as the first point of contact for students and the public, handling inquiries in person, by phone, and via email, and supporting daily campus operations.
Responsibilities include providing program information, maintaining registration records in Ellucian Colleague, and performing end-of-day cash reconciliation with high accuracy.

Reporting to: Campus Administrator
Salary:
Classification 8 $26.74 - $27.57 per hour in accordance with the BCGEU Support Collective Agreement. Temporary employees receive an additional $0.58 per hour in lieu of benefits and 6% vacation pay included with each pay period. The period between Christmas and New Year's Day is unpaid time off.
This position receives an additional $0.67 per hour for Chetwynd isolation allowance.
Hours worked between 6:00 – 9:30 pm receive an additional $0.55 per hour.
The Campus Clerk plays an essential role in supporting the daily operations of our campus, serving as the first point of contact for students, staff, and the public. This position is responsible for providing information about college-wide programs, and assisting with inquiries in person, by phone, and through written communication.
Key responsibilities include:
Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment, and the flexibility to manage frequent interruptions.
This position will provide evening coverage for the following periods:
