Northern Lights College in Canada is seeking a Campus Services Clerk to handle daily cashouts, deposits and inquiries. The role supports registration procedures, maintains the student records system (Ellucian Colleague) and delivers friendly, accurate information to students and staff across programs.
The position requires organization, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Immediate start with a term until April 28, 2028 and a 35 hour work week.

Classification 8 $26.74 - $27.57 per hour in accordance with the BCGEU Support Collective Agreement. Temporary employees receive an additional $0.58 per hour in lieu of benefits and 6% vacation pay included with each pay period. The period between Christmas and New Year's Day is unpaid time off.
The Campus Services Clerk responds to external and internal inquiries from students, staff, and the public in person, by phone, and through written correspondence for programs offered college wide. The Clerk performs routine public relations functions, including providing general information on policies and procedures, maintaining course interest lists across all program areas, and following up with students by phone and email.
This role is responsible for daily cashouts and bank deposits, requiring strong attention to detail and accuracy. This position requires excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in an environment with frequent interruptions.
The Clerk completes all registration procedures for current and prospective students and maintains the student records system, Ellucian Colleague.
