Job summary

The Salvation Army Canada and Bermuda Territory is seeking a Facility Manager for Pine Lake Camp in Red Deer, Alberta. The role focuses on keeping the camp open and viable during the off-season, handling bookings, RV park coordination, and managing food services to meet Canada Food Guide standards.

You will work with Camp Management to ensure safety, compliance, and a high level of service for guests and groups throughout the year, with emphasis on summer activities and staff supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality Management or related area preferred.
• Alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience in hospitality and food service management is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day PLC operations and rental program.
• Coordinate bookings using Camp Brain and manage deposits and balances.
• Ensure food services comply with Canada Food Guide and health regulations.
• Supervise kitchen and housekeeping staff and provide training.
