Job summary

The Salvation Army Canada and Bermuda Territory is seeking a Camp Property Manager for Pine Lake Camp to oversee facilities, maintenance, and equipment. You will work with leadership to manage day-to-day operations, safety, and contract oversight.

The role requires at least three years in property management, building maintenance knowledge, and strong vendor management skills. This on-site position offers a structured environment with a focus on safety and service.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration or related field is asset.
• Three years of property management experience.
• Knowledge of building codes, health and safety standards.
• Proficient in contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Implements and revises a service manual for facilities management.
• Negotiates contracts for HVAC, water treatment, electrical, and major renovations.
• Sources and oversees contracts and service providers for security, alarms, pest control, etc.
• Ensures facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations.
• Plans by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements.
• Maintains an equipment inventory and records of repairs/replacements.
