Job summary

TESC is seeking a Project Coordinator for an 8-month contract to support multiple projects in a camp environment in Ontario. The role requires coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, and supporting scheduling and cost tracking while ensuring clear communication among stakeholders.

You will work with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, tracking progress, hours, costs, quantities, materials, and equipment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Construction, Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant project coordination experience.
• Industrial construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of multiple projects.
• Track progress, labour hours, costs, quantities, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, and other deliverables.
• Support scheduling, cost tracking, and procurement activities.
• Maintain project documents and reporting systems.
• Promote HSE standards and quality processes.
• Assist onboarding of new team members and interns.
