Job summary

BHP is seeking an Administrator to support operations at the Jansen mine site in Leroy, SK, Canada. The role entails developing work plans, handling communications, and maintaining data practices across the team.

Based on site Monday to Friday, relocation support is available, with optional onsite housing at the Jansen Discovery Lodge. This is a full-time on-site position requiring near-term availability.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma from a business college or equivalent experience.
• Experience liaising with senior operational leaders in dynamic environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted administrative support for operations and assist in work plan development.
• Develop and communicate insights to guide data-driven action.
• Support vendor/customer selection, contracts, and performance to optimise outcomes.
• Identify and manage a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan analyses to support evidence-based decision making.
