Qualcomm Canada ULC is seeking an Interim Engineering Intern - Systems in Vancouver to design and develop low-level embedded camera drivers and firmware through the full development lifecycle. You will contribute to end-to-end system development, prototyping, integration, and commercialization of new camera features.

Qualifications

• In study towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Computer Science, or related field.
• For 16-month internships: available May/June 2027 - August/September 2028.
• Expected graduation date November 2028 or later.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop low-level embedded camera drivers and firmware from design to verification and commercialization.
• End-to-end system development, prototyping, integration, and commercialization of new camera features.
• Apply embedded systems expertise to design, development, integration, verification, and debugging of camera systems and firmware.
