Job summary

Desjardins Insurance Agency in Cambridge, Ontario is seeking an Insurance Sales & Client Success Specialist to help clients choose Home, Auto, and Life solutions while growing the agency.

You will build relationships with dealers, real estate pros, and brokers, manage leads, and conduct value-driven conversations. This role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and potential for agency ownership, plus training and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years customer service experience in Canada.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
• Licenses: OTL and LLQP (preferred but not mandatory—we’ll sponsor the right candidate to get licensed).

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
• Strong grasp of English language
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.
• Licenses: OTL and LLQP (preferred but not mandatory—we’ll sponsor the right candidate to get licensed).
