We are seeking a driven candidate with solid experience for our rapidly growing team at our Acheson, Alberta location. The role involves providing quality products to customers efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound emails and calls regarding service issues promptly.
• Identify problems by listening to customer descriptions and clarifying symptoms.
• Prepare repair orders detailing issues and repairs, obtain approvals, and enter into the system.
• Coordinate with parts department for parts information.
• Maintain communication with customers about timelines, updates, and logistics.
• Continuously learn about products, with training provided.
• Process invoices and payments.
• Verify warranty and service coverage, explain provisions.
• Communicate with fleet management for work authorization and estimates.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of aerial vehicles, equipment, trucks, hydraulic systems, and diesel engines preferred.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Mechanical aptitude and parts knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
