Job summary

Slalom seeks a Client Partner – Energy & Natural Resources based in Calgary to lead strategic client relationships and growth in the ENR sector. You will drive account plans, revenue and client satisfaction while coordinating with global and local teams to deliver transformative outcomes.

The role emphasizes high-impact pursuits, complex solution delivery, and strong C-Suite collaboration, with hybrid in-office expectations to meet leadership needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large accounts in a consulting firm with Energy & Natural Resources focus.
• Proven track record for driving pursuits totaling $5MM+ in sales annually in ENR.
• Experience aligning technology solutions with client needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Energy & Natural Resources accounts with ownership of account plans and revenue.
• Generate sales opportunities, grow the Slalom brand, expand executive relationships and respond to client RFPs.
• Deliver complex solutions on engagements and project teams with a utilization target of 40%+.
• Support Global Industry Strategy and market initiatives for Calgary.
• Lead Calgary market leadership and cross-team collaboration, shaping service offerings.
